I had raved about Greek yogurt earlier which I really thought of it as one of the best yogurt inventions ever and of course, my best buddy when it comes to cooking too, lol. With the addition of just a bit of ground cumin and curry powder, it is so easy to churn out a completely different dressing that really spices things up like what I’ve done in this recipe. It’s a super-healthy oven-baked salmon dish with a fuss-free yogurt dressing. Enjoy this Salmon with Spiced Yogurt Sauce Recipe! 🙂

I added saffron to a yoghurt sauce the other day for the very first time – it was amazing. Have to agree with you Greek yoghurt is the best.
Great idea! I haven’t used any saffron in my cooking yet – will keep that in mind for next time 😉
